Emilia Radu

Co-founder and instructional designer

I design creative and culturally-diverse learning environments for adults, youth workers and young people. I invest my energy and know-how in international training courses and educational tools, cooperating with Youth NGOs from Europe, South America, Asia and Africa on topics such as essential skills, entrepreneurship education and creativity.

Luminita Ene

Project coordinator and youth worker

I’ve started my non-formal education journey as a volunteer in projects and conferences for personal development, inner leadership and public speaking for youngsters. I’ve joined Monomyths in 2018 as an international trainer and started to design creative educational youth projects on topics such as entrepreneurship education, creative thinking and mindfulness.

Petronela Nita

RGB & CMYK story tailor

After completing my studies in graphic design and illustrations, I’ve joined the association and now I’m responsible for the graphic design & visuals for all the educational products developed by Monomyths.

Alina Dumitru

Youth worker

I am actively involved in planning, writing and implementation international youth projects @ Monomyths. After attending various international youth projects, I have joined forces with the educational team to design new growing opportunities for young people.

Alexandra Oros

Grant writer

I have over 9 years of experience in project management, implementing & writing projects funded by the EU. I believe that the real power of a project is the team behind it so, in the past years, I have developed projects in different fields - employment, social economy, education, research, legislation improvement for NGO, start-ups, social entrepreneurship - to support the NGOs and the private sector.

Dorina Tanase

Operations Manager

I have joined the Monomyths team since its inception, taking care of all administrative tasks and growth of the organisation. From logistics for the youth workers & young people international mobilities to induction of our international participants and participation certificates. I constantly keep an eye on the national and youth legislative changes in the youth sector and keep in touch with our beneficiaries.
