Perception is strong and sight weak. In strategy it is important to see distant things as if they were close and to take a distanced view of close things.
We believe in strategic planning of every NGO and we believe also in strategic planning for the communication campaign and your organizational brand. Therefore, we gladly accepted the invitation of ERSTE Foundation to attend the workshop of Strategic Planning, part of the long-term programe “NGO Academy”.
Me and Andreea, our Happiness Officer, took part at 2 intensive days and we discovered and experienced valuable instruments that help us to establish our long-term strategy. We’ve become familiar with Empathy map, Business Model Canvas, Organization vision, Stakeholders Analysis, and Added Value Matrix.
During these 2 days workshop, we were guided by Vlad Craioveanu, the founded of Ropot Association and the leader of Impact Hub in Romania. We are glad that we could access his advanced know-how and his advice. We are ready for new communication projects so stay close and follow us.
